La Esquina Verde

A neighborhood-driven concept and space transformation

In 2024, we brought new life to a neglected corner in East Boston—giving it a name, a new purpose, and a role in the neighborhood.

La Esquina Verde wasn’t going to be another restaurant. It was a neighborhood kitchen shaped by the people who lived there. Before writing a menu or finalizing plans, we asked the community what they were missing. Their answers led the way: healthier grab-and-go food and a welcoming space to gather—for chef pop-ups, private events, and moments of connection in the back patio oasis.

We transformed the space into:

  • A modular kitchen for chef residencies, classes, and collaborative events

  • A space built with intention—flexible, warm, and designed to bring people together

Though the project paused due to a shift in partnerships, its impact stayed with us. It shaped how we approach space, hospitality, and what we’re building now in Spain.

La Esquina Verde wasn’t a false start.

It was the foundation—and we’re still building on it.
