We’re Ricardo and Kamala, the husband-and-wife duo behind Moncocco Collective. With roots spanning Guatemala, Switzerland, Italy and Boston, our journey combines decades of culinary expertise, hospitality, and design with a shared passion for building meaningful experiences. From launching Ricky’s Hot Stuff in our one-bedroom apartment to winning the Sam Adams Brewing the American Dream grant, entrepreneurship is in our DNA. Moncocco Collective is our next chapter—a vision for blending food, community, and creativity, starting with private chef services in Spain as we lay the foundation for future ventures in real estate, events, and hospitality.
